Our Fiesta Platters To-Go are ideal for intimate holiday gatherings or when you want to bring Fresh Mex flavors to your office party. Each platter serves 4-5 guests and includes crowd-pleasing options like:
Appetizer Platters:
- Fresh Mex Sampler – Start your holiday party right with crispy flautas filled with Salsa Chicken, spicy buffalo wings, and original chicken quesadillas served with guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo
- Border Wings Fiesta Platter – Our famous chicken wings bathed in Mexican BBQ or spicy wing sauce with homemade ranch (40 wings feed a hungry crowd!)
- Quesadilla Fiesta Platter – Choose from Salsa Chicken, Veggie, or Grilled Steak
Main Course Platters:
- Sizzling Fajitas – The ultimate holiday party favorite! Choose Chicken, Steak, Combo, Mexicampi Shrimp, or Veggie fajitas. Each platter includes flour tortillas, San Antonio veggies, Fresh Mex rice, cheese, homemade beans, fresh guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, and sweet corn tamalito
- Tacos – Picadillo Beef, Salsa Chicken, or slow-roasted Carnitas wrapped in soft flour tortillas or crispy white corn shells with pico de gallo, fresh guacamole, and sour cream (one dozen per order)
- Enchiladas – Choose from Salsa Chicken with jack cheese and New Mexico red chile sauce, Picadillo Beef with cheddar cheese, or cheese enchiladas with your choice of vegetarian sauce
